A collection of resources for anti-bullying, many of which will spark ideas for your own planning with your class. I have included a short assembly with the excellent short animation Narrated by Kate Winslet and lots of additional resources. NEW I have included this as Mac Keynote (will work on iPad) and also newly edited PowerPoint file. An excellent idea during this week is to approach ‘dealing with anger’ with the children. A great way to do this is to use the ‘Angry Birds’ video game to spark their interest I have included a powerpoint and some posters / worksheets to help. Also some sheets that go well with the Pixar short movie included. I have also written an example ‘anti-bullying letter’ example written in shared writing with the children and a ‘Dealing with dilemmas’ PowerPoint (i.e. what to do in certain situations.) I have always found the website ‘Go-Givers’ to be excellent. NB I do not claim to own the video sections of this resource. Although many are fantastic to use!

A document for parents and pupils to sign. Invaluable for E-Safety and security. Editable as I have included my word version of the document. Has gone down well with many schools. This is a snippet from the top of the document... Parents / Carers play a crucial role in ensuring that their children understand the need to use the internet / mobile devices in an appropriate way. Research shows that many parents and carers do not fully understand the issues and are less experienced in the use of ICT than their children. The school will therefore take every opportunity to help parents understand these issues through parents’ evenings, newsletters, letters, website / VLE and information about national / local e-safety campaigns / literature. This agreement is aimed at fostering that approach. Invaluable and guaranteed to save you time.

A set of resources about Remembrance Day! This is primarily designed to be a huge amount of resources to ‘dip into’ during the day or week of this event. I have now also included a Literacy unit plan including a Remembrance Day segment suitable for years 3-6 based on comments and feedback recieved. Myths and Legend Lettering 'Greek Myths.&'

NB: This resource is now 1/4 of the price it originally started at and still has some outstanding unique content included. A very high quality resource. This is a 32 slide Powerpoint, including videos and high quality unique animations around the subject of Growth-Mindset designed for presentation to staff and parents alike. Many parts are also suitable for children themselves especially the videos. Uniquely designed and produced my myself and an extremely reputable colleague for use at inset in school, who has now gone on to advise in this area. As we designed this resource collaboratively I am lucky enough to be able to post these particular elements here. I have also included slide handouts and and a Mac / Keynote / iPad version of the resource, which also has embedded video files. Note the keynote version of the resource has additional special effects for Mac / OS/ iPad users. Perfect for the introduction or refresh of ‘Growth-Mindset’ in schools and won’t have been seen anywhere! I have included some of the research videos we used as part of our project.

This Quiz is is a short general knowledge quiz written by 'Quizinators’ and completely free. I am an experienced Quiz writer and presenter that decided to spread my tried and tested winning formula to others. They are ideal, for a one off event or regular use. If you are presenting a quiz I understand how meticulously researched well phrased questions and answers can help the cause. Each quiz is structured to start easy and get progressively harder (a difficult skill to approximate, after all a question is easy when you know it!) This will give teams with more knowledge a greater challenge near the end. The picture round of this quiz includes a professionally formatted image of the £20 note where players are required to identify the person and then the 9 celebrities within the remainder of the £20 notes. Each quiz contains 30 questions of increasing difficulty and an additional tie-breaker, if required. Questions 1 - 10: Easier questions designed to give your teams some confidence and even raise some laughs. Questions 11 - 20: Medium difficulty questions, some of these may include a multiple choice element. Questions 21 - 25: Harder questions which teams will find much more challenging. Questions 26 - 30: ‘The Wipeout Round’ or ‘Double or Quits’. It is suggested that in this section, you inform teams that each question is worth 2 points, however if one question is answered incorrectly the team ‘wipes-out’ and scores no points for the round, questions can however be missed out with no penalty (just receiving no points for that particular question.) PART ONE of TWO As this is the first time I have shared content in this format (of which I prefer) I am offering a 75% price reduction for a very limited time! Please note this is 15 YEARS worth of Keynotes made on the mac originally for years 3 and 4 although many have been used in older classes and are easily adaptable. INVALUABLE for anyone with a Mac that uses it for teaching as these are VERY hard to find. (Why I had to make them as I much prefer Keynote.) These took many many hours to make individually. Many incorporate videos and animations within them and some have been used to achieve outstanding observations. Thats why the file size is so big, have included 20 here for that reason. For a MacBook user these are fantastic and many should work on iPad too with Keynote. (Although one or two of the animations may be different and I can't 100% promise all will be formatted perfectly from experience.) Keynotes ages 7-10 - A Massive collection of all the presentations I have made ORIGINAL in Mac format. Most are self explanatory but have written a few notes of description for some them below to help. Will save Apple users absolutely tonnes of time as I myself use many of these when I go into schools. You really are getting a lot here believe me. (Some written on Keynote '09 so you may want to open on this to avoid conversion.) - Poetry Creating Images Keynote - Used for an outstanding observation 2 years ago, children went on to write their own beach poems based on the content shown. - Haunted house keynote - Fantastic for boys writing to get them enthralled. - Mummification Keynote - Includes video of the mummification process. - Parental Year 4, shows 'how we do things' in Maths. Includes an EXCELLENT countdown starter that can be used with the children also, (really really effective) but illustrates examples of how we teach in Mathematics at that age. Used in a Maths showcase evening at school. Please note these will NOT work on windows computers (PowerPoint) without conversion although an excellent site to convert these files is https://cloudconvert.com/key-to-ppt I have included this particular resource mainly for Apple users. Report questions sheet for pupils I always give this before writing reports to every student, then keep it next to me whilst writing.

A unique ‘Who wants to be a Millionaire’ based around ‘Bonfire Night’ in the UK. This can be adapted for ANY topic, includes visuals and sound effects from the programme. I used successfully in a whole class assembly, the staff loved it too! Suitable for Primary.

Each quiz has 5 sets of 5 questions for participants to answer. Also useful for teachers to use in form time for a point of discussion for older pupils. I am offering 4 for £1 here, professionally written and formatted, although most questions are suitable for children you may want to vett the odd question or answer for your particular pupils We asked 100 people in the UK to name something in 5 different categories. For each of these categories, can you give the 5 most popular answers they came up with? A point for each correct answer.
